My hours of operation are Tuesday-Friday and there is a $30 fee for any appointment needed outside of those hours. If you are having trouble booking an appointment please text me at 919-418-9678. 2. I do not service children under the age of 4. They must be comfortable sitting by themselves. 3. Late fee: after 10 minutes there will be a $15 fee added, after 15 minutes your service will will adjusted as I see fit to accommodate you. 4. Deposits are non refundable and required to secure your appointment. Glossgenius automatically sends reminder texts and emails so if you need to reschedule you can do so without paying an extra deposit. If you wish to cancel your appointment you understand you forfeit your deposit. 5. If you arrive to your appointment and wish to have something done that you didn’t book for, I cannot guarantee I will be able to. 6. FOR ALL CURLY APPOINTMENTS YOU MUST ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH DETANGLED HAIR, NO PONYTAILS, NO BRAIDS. If you arrive in an altered state a non refundable $50 fee will be added to your service. If you/your child has extremely long / thick hair additional time will need to be added to accommodate so when in doubt text 919-418-9678 with pictures to confirm booking. 7. For all COLOR services, I utilize a software called Vish for management. This is an additional cost which will be reflected at checkout and you will see it on your receipt if you opt to receive one. 8. By proceeding to schedule you agree and understand that you’ve read these details fully. 9. Please note that since I have relocated, I am in a shared space. If for any reasons such as religion or anything else you need accommodations for your appointment, please text me as soon as possible so I can work with you. 10. My new location is at the top of two flights of stairs, there is no elevator so do not bring in your stroller. 11. if you need to be leaving the salon by a certain time, please let me know during the consultation.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours there is a 30% fee If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours there is a 50% fee If you cancel, reschedule, or NO SHOW your appointment the day of, there is a 100% fee that is required prior to rebooking. Failure to do so will result in being banned from booking online.
