My hours of operation are Tuesday-Friday and there is a $30 fee for any appointment needed outside of those hours. If you are having trouble booking an appointment please text me at 919-418-9678. 2. I do not service children under the age of 3. They must be comfortable sitting by themselves. 3. Late fee: after 10 minutes there will be a $15 fee added, after 15 minutes your service will will adjusted as I see fit to accommodate you. 4. Deposits are non refundable and required to secure your appointment. Glossgenius automatically sends reminder texts and emails so if you need to reschedule you can do so without paying an extra deposit. If you wish to cancel your appointment you understand you forfeit your deposit. 5. If you arrive to your appointment and wish to have something done that you didn’t book for, I cannot guarantee I will be able to. 6. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours there is a 30% fee
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours there is a 50% fee
If you cancel, reschedule, or NO SHOW your appointment the day of, there is a 100% fee that is required prior to rebooking. Failure to do so will result in being banned from booking online.
